NonStop Care is currently working with an Independent (Not for Profit) Fostering Agency through a local authority in the Reading area who are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a quality and professional service by supervising and supporting allocated foster carers to achieve the best outcomes for all children and young people in foster care.

Attend and participate in case conferences, reviews, planning meetings, prepare reports and risk assessments, advise children and young people of their rights and assist them.
