Due to the nature of the role, it is paramount to have experience within MRI, ideally, you will also have experience within an additional modality, however, this is desired and not a requirement.The role is split between operational and clinical duties. Operation responsibilities include Performance management, Clinical Governance and ensuring the department is in line with all the relevant compliance. Alongside this, you showcase your clinical skills and set the expectation within the team of what an outstanding patient experience looks like.You will either be a Lead or Superintendent Radiographer who is looking to take the next step in your career and is looking for a change and an opportunity to enhance your skillset further. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled medical personnel.As part of the Imaging Senior Management team, you will support the Imaging Services manager and Hospital Manager in the delivery of business objectives within the departments and the wider organisation. The role is 37. 5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with the service being open 08:00 am - 08:00 pm.
