Job DescriptionJob Description:As an IT Intern at Resolian, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology. Under the guidance of our experienced IT team, you will contribute to real-world projects and initiatives, allowing you to develop your skills and expand your knowledge in a professional setting.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Aid in the implementation and management of cybersecurity measures, including antivirus software and firewalls.Assist in the documentation of IT procedures, processes, system configurations and administrative tasks.Collaborate with team members on IT projects, contributing ideas and solutions to technical challenges.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong interest in information technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Basic understanding of hardware and software systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
