SuccessFactors Recruiting Solution Architect

We have a unique opportunity for a SuccessFactors Recruiting Solution Architect to join one of our client in London on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.
This is a hybrid role with great pay and access to a global Recruiting implementation project for a business looking to get the most out of their HR Systems.
Key skills:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions.
Design and architect end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and customisation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring the successful integration of the solution.
Requirements:
Proven experience with of implementation & support of Recruiting
In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules and integration with other HR modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage end-to-end implementations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
