This is a fully remote role.
As an HR Systems / SuccessFactors Specialist, you will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and will develop, support and maintain SuccessFactors across some of the following - Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, Succession Planning, Platform, Performance Management, Objective Setting, Career Development, Reporting and Analytics. Development of the solution is key and the introduction of WorkZone for HR and integration with other HR systems is a key strategic objective to deliver a world class employee experience using world leading technology.
