As a Subsurface Data & Information Manager, you will provide advice and support to business leadership and functional teams to drive best practice, support teams in adopting new ways of working and provide ongoing support across the IM domain.
With the opportunity to articulate requirements, design innovative environments and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes, you will take responsibility for:
Supporting strategy and direction for the maintenance and improvement of Information Assets and Systems.
Managing Data Centre & SharePoint Online migrations.
Delivering SharePoint archiving solutions.
Providing advice to all levels of personnel across the business on the storage of corporate information and records, including access management.
Liaising with business users to understand, capture and document future requirements.

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:
Proven Subsurface Data & Information Management analysis and advisory experience.
Deep understanding of document/content management tools and technology.
Experienced with Information Management within M365.
Experienced in planning and executing SharePoint / M365 migrations.
M365 Application Development and Support experience.
Experience with tools and applications including Sharegate, V-Files; TreeSize; Azure AD; Azure DevOps; PowerApps; PowerBI.
Knowledge of the different business activities and information types across an E&P company would be advantageous.
