Subscriptions Manager, +pound;52K pa, hybrid 2 days/wk in C.London The organisation is a membership institution with more than 200 years of history in the Civil Engineering field, with more than 97,000 members world-wide, offices nationally and across the globe. You will: - Champion exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses and accurate information - Oversee day-to-day operations of the subscriptions department, driving efficiency and continuous improvement - Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and development - Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless membership experience - Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the annual lapsing campaign and data reconciliation projects You be an ideal candidate if you have: - Proven track record in membership management, customer service, and team leadership - Expert knowledge of database management and strong analytical skills - Excellent comms and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders - Background in continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering results Salary and benefits: - +pound;52K p.a. - Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote) - 25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas shutdown - Up to 8% contributory pension - Lots more benefits
