Sub Agent/Site Manager required to work for a specialist contractor carrying out a package of works in�Kent, acting as the principle�contractor to their client.

The scheme value is circa �1.8m and will suit a manager who is well organised, has good communication skills and happy to work closely with the client.

You will be required to manage piling works and construction of a new jetty being built in sections.�

Duties

• Required to manage direct labour and sub contractors with support of a foreman


• Problem solve and deal with design changes


• Record keeping, daily dairies, booking in visitors for passes


• Liaise with the client


• Manage site safety and deal with site logistics
