Studio/Production manager

We are looking for a studio/production manager to be based within a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities-
Management the graphic design studio
Helping to understand the clients brief and turn it into reality
Helping the studio team run efficiently
General administration
Liaising with Clients
Ensuring quality
Ensuring production is running smoothly and on time
Ensuring stock levels are maintained
Dispute resolution
Discipline on the shop floor
To drive innovation and change from within the company.
Problem solving in a wide variety of applications.
Encouraging full cooperation between production, design and the Sales Team.
Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Organising the training of new operators, aiding current operators with problem-solving, basic maintenance and minor repairs.
Encouraging machinists with the more technical products with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
