A renowned brand design agency are in search of a brilliant Operations Assistant to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our studio. Working behind the scenes, you'll support our team in maintaining an efficient and connected workspace, both physically and digitally.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Management:
Your organisational prowess will shine as you coordinate meetings, manage supplies, oversee the space and day-to-day operations. You will be the friendly face of the business and the hub of all operational knowledge!
Internal and External Communications:
From managing diaries to supporting ad hoc tasks, you'll be the driving force behind our communication efforts. This could include the newsletter, website, CRM or general comms.

Clear Communicator:
You excel in conveying information effectively while maintaining discretion.
Organisational Skills:
Juggling multiple tasks is second nature to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
