You will take ownership of career development for existing staff while working close with Talent Acquisition to ensure long term effectiveness when hiring on long term projects.To you, it's about ensuring your people are valued and have everything they need to deliver projects while you map their development and performance management. You’ll be a focal point of planning ahead and looking to future projects with long term strategy for the Engineering teams across both Reflections and Leamington Spa studios.For our Studio Engineering Manager, Communication, Emotional Intelligence with a strong Political Intelligence is essential for managing a large number of departments and interactions with HQ and other Ubisoft Studios when it comes to the bigger picture bringing influence across the group.Working closely with other Talent Managers and Production teams you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong studio culture and ensuring the wellbeing of our talented teams and individuals.What you'll bringAt Ubisoft, we aim to be a destination of choice for the best talent.
