Under the direction of the Site Director,
YMCA
Group Leaders provide direct service to participants in Child Care and Camp licensed school age programs. The primary role of a Group Leader is to serve as a role model for youth providing positive interaction and engagement throughout the program and leading activities with an assigned group of children. Hours: 6:35AM – 835 AM and 3:30PM – 6:00PM Monday – FridayLocation: Andover Elementary Schools

Required experience
1. Minimum age of 18
2. Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
Required educational background
Current Butler student Must be federal work study eligible
