Vacancy: Student Services Officer
Start Date: As soon as possible
Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)
Term time plus 1 week (40 weeks per year)
Grade 5 SCP 7-11 FTE £24,294 - £25,979 pay award pending
Actual Annual Salary £21,508 - £23,521 pay award pending
We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Student Services Officer to join our team. Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills.
The successful candidate will:
·Deal with day to day issues and queries from students. Be the point of contact for all student and parent liaison
·Manage and administer letters and other correspondence between school, student and parents
·Maintaining accurate and up to date student records
