Student Services Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Student Services Manager to join a specialist client based in SE England. The role will be reporting directly to Registrar and working closely with the Senior Management Team to forecast student service requirements and strategic commitments. The post-holder will have a working knowledge and experience of student support services including student engagement, counselling, accommodation, careers, financial advice, events and health services.

Essential Criteria:

• Broad scope of student services experience
• Understanding of current HE Student Wellbeing policies and procedures
• HE Student Services Management
• Experience doing a portfolio review of current processes
• Data interpretation and forecasting
