Student Recruitment Coach with the ability to provide career support to students, excellent written and verbal communication skills and some experience of recruitment, resourcing or careers advice is required for a well-established organisation based in South Kirkby, West Yorkshire.SALARY: £27,850 per annum (Opportunity to earn up to £32,850 per annum if progression targets achieved) + BenefitsLOCATION: South Kirkby, West Yorkshire (WF9)JOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentWORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (occasional weekend and evening work will be required)JOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Student Recruitment Coach with the ability to provide career support to students, excellent written and verbal communication skills and some experience of recruitment, resourcing or careers advice.The Student Recruitment Coach will be responsible for delivering career support to students. You will provide support across all areas of a student’s journey which may include, job search strategies, CV & Portfolio creation, building networks, interview preparation and running mock interviews along with other activities to help guide them into positive outcomes.As the Student Recruitment Coach you will work closely with the wider Student Experience and Outreach team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, meet KPIs and advocate a first-class student experience across the applicant cycle.
