As we continue to support their growth, we are seeking an exceptional Structural Revit Technician to join their team.





Position Overview:



As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a crucial role in their Design team, responsible for creating detailed structural 3D models, drawings, and specifications. Collaborating with external partners, you will contribute to state-of-the-art design projects across London and the South-East, including new builds and refurbishments.





Responsibilities:




  • Produce accurate structural 3D models, drawings, and specifications using Autodesk Revit.

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Participate in meetings and liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate design efforts.

  • Undertake refurbishment projects using Revit, incorporating phased temporary works and construction sequences.

  • Utilize BIM protocols and standards, including PAS-#####, for effective project coordination.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the company responsibly in all interactions.





Qualifications:




  • Minimum of three years of experience using Revit on live building projects, preferably within the UK.

  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to visualize in 3D.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with refurbishment projects and experience with Autodesk Revit is desirable.

  • Knowledge of BIM protocols and UK standards documents is essential.

  • Located in or willing to relocate to London.
