This is a role for an experienced Structural Engineering Director to lead this initiative, that is capable of growing the team in London, and drive business development. Position Overview:

As Director of Structural Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and growing the Structural Engineer team, overseeing all aspects of structural design projects, and establishing strategic partnerships within the sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership, business development, and a vast network of contacts in the Structural Engineer industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Structural Engineer team.
• Develop strategies to centralise Structural Engineer design work internally.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Structural Engineer design requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of Structural Engineering experience
• Proven track record in team leadership and business development
• Strong network within the Structural Engineering industry
• Proficiency in Structural Engineer analysis and design software
