Our client who are a well-respected design consultancy, looking for a artistic Structural Engineer with a minimum of three years’ post graduate experience to join their ever-growing team based in London Bridge. You will be sinking your teeth into exciting projects, working on array of sectors such as; residential, education, retail, leisure and commercial. Project values can range from £100k – £40m.

Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conducting structural analysis and design for various building projects.
Participating in site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and resolve engineering challenges.
Assisting in the review of project designs to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Collaborating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and efficient design solutions.
Utilising industry-standard software and tools to perform structural analysis and modelling.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience for a design consultancy based in the UK.
MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience working with steel and concrete structures essential.
Experience with masonry or timber frames desirable.
Proficient in structural software such as: Tekla Structural Designer & Revit.
Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam and Tekla Tedds is desirable.
In-depth understanding of sustainable design principles and their application to structural engineering.
