We are looking for a Street Outreach Worker to work with people across Nuneaton & Rugby, who need support to find safe and secure accommodation. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist people to access services whichsupport complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health concerns.
