KPMG's Infrastructure and Government Strategic Advisory Services (SAS) team needs an experienced Commercial Assistant Manager, with experience of working with PCR 2015 (and awareness of the upcoming Procurement Act), who wants to make the next step into a more strategic and advisory role, working with a range of clients.
The team works with central government (Departments and ALBs) on some of the biggest, most complex and pressing strategic commercial challenges. Work typically involves identifying, creating, and delivering innovative commercial solutions, including designing new models for supply chains and competitions, to support complex programme and policy implementation.
The team supports clients across the whole of the programme and contracting lifecycles, with a focus on creating collaborative delivery supply-chains which redefine the interface between public and private sectors. This can be across infrastructure, services, and mixed supply contracts, but not usually in construction, utilities,or defence.
