Whether it’s the iconic IRN-BRU, launched in 1901 and still going strong today, the vibrant RUBICON fruit based brand or the unique range of BARR flavours, we brighten people’s lives with refreshingly different drinks.And we’re growing, thanks to some exciting acquisitions in recent years, including the functional drinks brand Boost, FUNKIN which operates in the exciting and growing cocktail market and MOMA, which crafts quality oats into great tasting oat drinks and porridges.There's never been a better time to join us!What we’re looking for…The Field Sales Strategy & Effectiveness Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our National Field Sales strategies; influencing the delivery of our core business objectives:- Market Share growth within Symbol & Independent stores- Enhancing Visibility & Availability within Multiple stores- Growing distribution, visibility & availability within Out Of Home and Wholesale customersThe role holder will be tasked with developing the medium to long term objectives of the sales team to ensure we are reacting to market opportunities and learning from the team's current performance, to continue to win in this challenging market.The role holder will be familiar with business operations and be responsible for the effectiveness of our systems and the tools the team uses in trade.Your responsibilities will include...As a Field Sales Strategy & Effectiveness Manager your responsibilities will include; Work with the sales leadership team to develop and implement the medium to long term field sales strategy. This strategy should ensure our business objectives are delivered. Regularly review the effectiveness of the operation, identifying, proposing and implementing process simplification and efficiencies. Own our 3rd party data relationships, delivering a maximum return on our investments, ensuring this data is central to informing our business decision making. Identify risks and opportunities which may impact the teams ability to deliver against their objectives and develop strategies to mitigate these risks Own the data within our core sales systems, ensuring these are legally compliant and work with our 3rd party suppliers to deliver maximum benefit from future system enhancements and influence their future development roadmaps. Participate in strategy review, implementations and system upgrades in a structured and effective manner Work collaboratively with sales, shopper marketing, brand and activation teams to ensure our field sales teams have the necessary tools to be effective in influencing our customers. Own the direct marketing communication plan across our customer base building maximum influence through engaging and effective communications Lead and develop a team of 2 Systems Executives and 2 Engagement Executives to ensure both systems and activation outputs deliver the business priorities. What you’ll bring...The successful candidate will have; Experience in sales strategy planning Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to understand the processes that drive and maintain data collection Significant project management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in presenting both virtually and in person with an ability influence at all levels Strong people management experience High level of technical capability across G-Suite and Microsoft products What we offer…We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.
