Strategic Procurement & Sourcing Manager (Fish, Dairy & Plant Based Proteins), 2 or 3 days in HQ subject to home location. Excellent negotiable base salary between plus £7,750 car allowance and 10% Bonus.
This is a great opportunity to join this global brand in their EMEA team, working hybrid and flexible days in office subject to home location.
Working as part of a Pan-EMEA based team, the focus of this role is to develop and deliver a sustainable strategy for a portion of the protein category (Fish, Dairy & Meat Alternatives), in collaboration with colleagues to standardise process, create value, and deliver savings.
Your experience
You will have previous experiences in a similar role, working across Fish, Dairy, or meat replacement plant based proteins, with at least 3 to 5 years category experience.
Your role
To be the go-to person across the business for category knowledge.
Fully understand micro & macro influences across global supply chains.
Adjust sourcing plans, taking advantage of positive influences in the market.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies with clear action plans across the EMEA region.
Pro-actively explore opportunities to drive sustainable cost improvements through the entire supply chain, improving profitability and reducing risk.
Be the owner of the end-to-end supplier relationship, leading & managing strategic projects.
To work with the Supply Chain team to review, improve and drive sustainable improvements.
Developing contingency plans to avoid, mitigate or face into the various category risks.
