Strategic Property Consultant

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Strategic Property Consultant on a 3 months contract with the possibility of further extension.
Main accountabilities
to complete a programme of work to identify and consolidate our estate metrics,
achieve consistency of data and approaches,
identify and implement best practice approaches
deliver a set of recommendations to kick start the strategy for estate management and utilisation.
You must
Be exceptionally experienced and successful in strategic property management
Have operated with a variety of effective property management approaches, systems and metrics
Have experience of consolidating a variety of different approaches across a wide range of property assets
Have experience of working with highly complex organisations and property asset portfolio’s
Be strongly influential, credible and collaborative with a range of stakeholders
