The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.As part of the Partner Advocacy and Regulatory Response team in EMEA Partnerships Solutions (EPS), you will operate horizontally across all EPS industry sectors to build partner awareness, alignment, and advocacy on key regulatory topics. You will both support EMEA velocity objectives in ensuring Google's license to operate and grow in the EMEA region, and support priority partners in navigating changes to Google products as a result of decisions relating to regulation or reputation.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute external outreach strategies on key topics relating to privacy, AI, and competition.Build ongoing relationships with key external stakeholders (partners, industry associations) to foster a network of allyship.Develop narratives to support EPS vertical teams in partner conversations on regulatory topics.Build and lead an EMEA Advocacy Council to drive internal alignment and buy-in for advocacy objectives across the Global Business Organization (GBO).Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
