This new leadership role work will work alongside key partners to- lead Policy into Practice (The Promise, UNCRC), extend and deepen our impact, create new opportunities for change and design services with and for children and families ensuring they get the right help and support for as long as it takes. What we are looking forA confident, values driven and inspiring leader who can create a vision and build strong strategic partnerships. A leader with extensive experience in social care, ideally Children’s Services, who can confidently manage complexity and a range of different service types to help Aberlour develop our continuum of care model. A changemaker who can create new opportunities, someone who – can help and support senior operational managers design new services to meet the needs of children, young people and families across Scotland, while also providing strategic oversight of the evaluation and impact of services, sharing learning and helping put policy into practice. relentlessly focus on creating opportunities for and with children and families.
