Role: Strategic HR Business Partner
Ref number: QAD 1765/#####
Pay Rate: £203.16 per day PAYE
Hours: 37.5 Monday – Friday
Contract Length: Approximately 4 months
Location: Based between KAO Park and Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow

Enhanced DBS Required for this role
Experienced, Strategic, HR Business Partner required in an operational generalist role, covering a wide range of HR responsibilities to include recruitment, discipline, grievance, organisational change and re-structuring, redundancy and changing terms and conditions of employment and TUPE.
Experience in planning, developing, delivering and evaluating in-house training, workshops and briefing sessions
NHS experience desirable
Experience of working for a large complex organisation and in a changing environment.
Previous experience of working closely with Trade Unions
Experience of people management
Human resources experience within the NHS or within another large public sector organisation that provides transferable knowledge and skills.
Experience of budgets and operating under the Trust's standing financial instructions at all times
Skills and knowledge:
Ability to analyse workforce data and advise managers on implications in respect of meeting workforce KPIs e.g. sickness absence, appraisal activity and vacancy reports.
Proven ability to provide a customer orientated service and demonstrated flexibility to meet service needs
Well-developed knowledge of current human resources practice and employment law.
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to summarise information and key issues, and draw logical arguments and conclusions.
Thorough understanding of and commitment to Equality, Diversity and inclusion
Knowledge of Agenda for Change and trained in job matching

Education and qualifications:
Masters degree or demonstrable, equivalent experience working within Human Resources.
Evidence of CPD demonstrating regular attendance on employment law updates courses and employee relations
Full Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
