We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic HR professional to join our People & Culture team at Imperial Brands. As a Strategic Business Partner, you will be an influential and pivotal member of our P&C Community. Working closely with our People & Culture (HR), Corporate Strategy and Corporate Affairs & Legal teams, you will help to define, develop, and execute the People and Culture agenda and plan. You will act as an internal consultant and use business knowledge and understanding of a similar business sector, to enable you to provide expert advice and challenge in order to align the needs of the business and the delivery of the Functions people priorities and plan whilst also ensuring the operational delivery and implementation of our P&C Operating Models.

Works in partnership our People & Culture (HR), Corporate Strategy and Corporate Affairs & Legal teams along with business leaders across Function/Region/Cluster to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance.
Influences business strategy providing highly relevant insight intoworkforce and culture and translates the business strategy into PeopleStrategies engaging with P&C CoE where appropriate, whilst building strong relationships with the COEs and People Services to leverage their expertise and support to help implement the people strategies and plans.
Provide Leadership, facilitates change and identifies opportunities to unlock business value as well as Acts as member of relevant leadership teams.
Supports the roll out of GlobalCoEpolicies and frameworks e.g. Talent& Succession Management, Connected Performance ,OrganisationEffectiveness, Organisational Health reviews etc.
Works with senior leaders to support the roll out and embedding of strategic initiatives.
Working with the Head of People & Culture - P&C, Legal & Corporate Affairs and Strategy, the role will be responsible for managing, cascading and monitoring all Global processes as well as guiding and coaching Senior Leaders.
Skills and Experience Required
Evidence of providing strategic P&C partnering to a similar team within a comparable working environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, quickly building rapport and trust across all stakeholder level across P&C and within functions/cluster.
Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy along with excellent influencing skills to enable you to deliver through others to support the implementation of people strategy.
Strong Leadership, Communication and Change Management skills along with experience Strategic workforce planning.
Ability to coach and influence senior managers to enable a high performance culture.
Evidence of working in a global matrix organisation and understanding of business complexities
Ability to analyse and interpret data for insight and storytelling to inform data led decision making.
Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
