Strategic Business Lead - FinanceOur global client is seeking a Strategic Business Lead to join their ERP Project Team. This senior role is perfect for an professional with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for influencing stakeholders and a passion for delivering successful projects.Key Responsibilities:Global ERP Design: Lead critical cross-functional and global decisions.Collaborate and Deliver: Work with the Project Manager and partners to meet project goals.Process Excellence: Oversee business process analysis and documentation.Innovate Solutions: Address inefficiencies and compliance issues.Data Management: Drive data analysis, consolidation and transfer to D365.Team Collaboration: Provide feedback and recommend improvements within the IT team.Champion Communication: Ensure effective global communication about ERP progress.We're Looking For:A background in finance and business analysis, with ERP project experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Salesforce would be highly beneficial.Understanding of product structures and bill of materials within Manufacturing.Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.Please Note: This will be an initial 12 month FTC, predominately remote based and infrequent travel required.
