And that’s where we come in.The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Strategic Account Director in managing the most important strategic customer accounts in the Travel business at WEX.The Strategic Account Manager will be an expert in our process, systems and platforms and collaborate with other internal teams to deliver on client expectations. In collaboration with the Strategic Account Director, the Strategic Account Manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
