We are looking for a sales professional to join our team, bringing experience of managing enterprise or large accounts.The role is hybrid, predominantly field-based with some time in our Abingdon office when not meeting with clients, and some time working from home. You will be responsible for driving adoption of Achilles services within given Strategic Accounts and ensuring programme success as measured via revenue target attainment and customer satisfaction. You will also create long term value by delivering ongoing relationship management into existing Accounts by acting as a trusted advisor to the client and consistently driving revenue based on new supplier campaigns, product utilization and training.We are looking for great candidates with drive and motivation who will represent Achilles with high professional standards, passion and commitment to inspire others with their enthusiasm and energy. You will be self-motivated to focus on the customer and achieving revenue results, with a demonstrable track record of managing and closing sales and consistently achieving annual sales targets.
Knowledge and experience of consultative selling and formal account management practices e.g. stakeholder mapping, account planning, forecasting, is required. You will also have significant experience of managing a portfolio of high-value complex accounts at Executive level in a technology related service. Core Responsibilities include:· Identify key decision-makers within high value Strategic Accounts (inc. through maintaining up-to-date Strategic Account Plans) and build and maintain ongoing relationships with all relevant stakeholders at senior management or executive level.· Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management teams, leveraging Head Office and relationships to support growth of accounts in other geographies and sectors, ensuring that Achilles capabilities, products, and services are being leveraged to best effect to provide value to the customer.· Manage proactively the Buyer renewal process including supporting negotiations and contracting.· Set key account strategy within framework set by Sector strategy and plans and create and maintain detailed account plans / forecasts and deliver against them.· Drive the demand for Achilles products and services through demonstrating their value to the customer (with insights from Analytics team where relevant). Cross-sell and upsell additional products which could add additional value to the customer.· Initiate kick-off workshops (with support from project manager and involvement from new sales managers) and track & report progress, working in partnership with the customer to resolve escalations.· Co-ordinate internal teams to achieve customer outcomes and work with colleagues to build and share knowledge.
