Stores Operative

Carbon60 are currently looking for a Stores Operative for a large engineering and industrial services provider. The position is based on site, in Wrexham.

The Stores Operative role is an initial 12 week temporary contract with the potential of extension.

You will be working :

• 2 days day shift: 12 hours shifts from 6am - 6pm
• 2 days night shift: 12 hours shifts from 6pm - 6am
• Then have 6 days off

You will have 2 hours break during your shift - which you can split and decide.

High hourly rate

• There will be forklift training provided.
• You will be serving customers, booking out what customers are using (on SAP) and a small portion of the role will include stock checks.
• You will also be responsible for some general duties including tidying of stores, organising general housekeeping.
• Your day shift duties will include handing over with other store man. Dealing with email queries and also dealing with customers at the counter.
• Night shift are mostly stock counts and any other duties that need to be taken care of.

You will need to have the following skills :

• Computer Literate
• Good customer service skills
• Experience of working in a similar environment
