The Clermont Victoria is a very popular city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.The RoleAs stores person you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for managing all the stores and storage areas in the hotel. You will maintain an efficient and cost effective supply of stock for all areas, within the financial restrictions laid out by the management team. You will receive and check all deliveries; carry out regular checks to control stock and maintain the required standards of Health & Safety and cleanliness in your areas at all times, including strict stock rotation.
