The role will be on a shift basis 5 days, primarily 08:15am-16:15pm (shift rotating 06:00am-2:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm) The requirement to cover sickness & holiday on a shift basis (6am-2pm & 11am-7pm) Working days are Monday to Friday.Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Responsible for kitting Batches and feeding production areas, both to the clean rooms and packing lines.Moving stock and recording actions on picking list (and ERP system once fully trained)Control and record movements of direct & indirect store materials & finished goods as per AMS procedures.Responsible for receipting goods inwards and making ready finished product for despatching.Deliveries & despatch – loading & unloading of lorries, wrapping, and strapping pallets.Accountable for cycle counts and inventory stock checking.Responsible for keeping stores / goods inwards / despatch areas tidy working to 5S standard.Foster and apply the continuous improvement philosophy.Any other reasonable requirement as required to meet the business objectives.Provide cover during holidays / sickness.
Knowledge & Skills:Experience in supply chain, manufacturing production or warehouse.Understanding of ERP systems and FIFO / FEFO.Forklift, counterbalance licence's' (beneficial not a necessity) Working knowledge of risk assessments and working to standard practices.Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong IT skills.Work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
