As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance testing activities across a portfolio of projects. You will work collaboratively with project/product teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the solution delivery process and that quality standards are met. You will be expected to develop and implement testing strategies and provide guidance and support to project teams, whilst being hands on.
Key part of the role is to ensure security products such as end point solutions, website blockers and similar products have been configured correctly and validated to be implemented to Deloitte systems.

You’re have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies within Agile, Waterfall, SAFe and can develop and implement effective testing strategies. You are skilled at overseeing test resources off/on shore to achieve successful results. Involved in projects that require delivery to multiple countries, being able to build rapport and influence adherence to a common practice.
Essentials
Minimum 6 years of proven QA / testing experience working on large and complex IT projects at lead level and working to aggressive & tight time deadlines.
Excellent project and test management skills including budgeting, effort and cost estimation.
Strong skills in using popular test management tools such as Azure DevOps and
Knowledge of testing tools and SDLC methodologies, to deliver high quality outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple testing projects across different countries and regions and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to different cultural and business context.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Ability to adopt a prioritized, risk-based testing approach to projects delivery.
Experience of implementing automation to accelerate test cycles and increase quality.
Capable of developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering reports and outcomes to C-suite executives
Experience of implementing non-functional testing, including performance, security, and usability testing, helping to ensure that software systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Competent in creating complex test strategies.
ISTQB Foundation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test leads across Geos, project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure clear communication and effective test execution.
Ensure the quality and functionality of SAP systems through rigorous testing, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing defects.
Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide regular reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure testing activities comply with standards and organizational policies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP testing in HR / Finance

Experience in a similar role or a professional services company
Tosca automation certification
Computer science background
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM)
