An established multi-product retailer based in North London are looking for a store manager to drive service standards and maximize sales opportunities within their store. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognized globally by many.As a store manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on the visual merchandising to encourage footfall and generate sales.As a store manager you will directly report into the operations manager. The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in high footfall environments and have the flexibility to sometimes work later shifts to accommodate to business needs.
