As a skilled professional, you'll be ready to lead people through the full service cycle, right through to closing a sale and ensuring a great customer experience. You know about every element of the process: tracking P&L, planning trading events, minimizing costs and delivering KPIs. However, it's the customer experience you create that will really send sales sky-high.About youAn experienced retail manager, you have a track record of commercial success. You're an inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can get the best out of people. If you've worked in Fashion or Footwear before, fantastic - but it's not absolutely essential. It's more important that you can lead teams, promote brands and establish outstanding customer service.
