Today, Fred Perry is a global community of over 370 employees, all inspired by the Laurel Wreath and what it represents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure our store team deliver a premium level of customer serviceMonitor KPI's on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basisEnsure that targets will be met through appropriate planning and organisation of staffEnsure that all staff are aware of sales targets and KPI’s and contribute to achieving the shop goalsPlan all expenses for short and long term successEnsure that all staff carry out operational policies and procedures as per the company guidelinesInvestigate all incidents of stock loss and ensure that it is reported to the Retail teamMonitor a loss prevention to protect the company's inventory and assetsTake necessary action to lower expenses if sales goals are not being metTHE PERSONThis is a great opportunity to be part of an ambitious brand that collaborates with some of the best designers and partners in the world!Proven experience in building effective teams and motivating employeesStrong initiative and leadership skillsUnderstanding of various retail concepts i.e. (gross margin, markdowns, visual merchandising)Able to adapt quickly and react positively to business needsBENEFITSWe are proud to offer a wide range of benefits to all our staff and continue to reassess what our community needs from us to thrive.
