Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager for a new store opening in Leeds for a beautiful fine quality Jewellery Brand. You must be passionate and a focused leader who will create a culture within your team that is authentic, collaborative, centred around customer interaction and delivering a one of a kind customer experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
Nurture and develop a culture of exceptional customer experience.
Build brand loyalty through "Customer in store VIP program, CRM loyalty program and engaging with the local community.
Drive sales in store through Identifying and implementing opportunities to exceed customer expectations, demonstrating commercial acumen, and providing inspiring leadership to the team.
Achieve monthly and KPI's to achieve business goals.
Deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Create seamless interaction between customers and the in-store technology.
Ensure all VM directives and standards from HQ are implemented within the store,
Ensure the shop floor always reflects the brand and concept standards.
Ensure that all new members of staff are onboard and trained to the required standard.
Drive team development and utilising all company training materials.
Ensure all team members understand the expectations of their role.
