Ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the store and always looking forward to what we can accomplish next, every day is an adventure at SB!What You’ll Be DoingEnergise, influence and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and performanceReview KPIs and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and introduce strategies to help exceed store targetsConsistently ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood & implemented Always communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes.
