So, if you are looking for a career and not just a job, you are in the right place!OUR MISSIONContinuously innovate, improve our services and products to create the most memorable and happy experience for our precious customersWE ARE LOOKING FORStore ManagerYOU WILL BEDelivering excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionManaging, overseeing shop operations and ensuring efficiency and profitability in all daily operations of the store.Conducting HR duties i.e. recruiting, hiring, training and firing responsibilitiesEnsuring the team are continuously motivated and working togetherUndertaking store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management and managing sales and financial reportsLiaising and working with various departments i.e. HR, Operations, Warehouse and MarketingProtecting employees and customers by ensuring the company regulatory policies and daily guidelines of the store i.e. food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed and ensuring the store is clean and presentableMonitoring inventory levels and ordering new itemsScheduling and managing the rota, ensuring there are enough manpowerEnsuring the quality standards in customer service and health and safety are maintainedMaintain the stability and reputation of the storeDevelop a passionate working environment and help our bubble baristas to constantly grow and improveBuild, develop and maintain a high performing teamResponding to customer complaints/concerns in a professional mannerTraining and educating your team on making drink processes and policiesManaging and creating content for TikTok in your branchCompleting reasonable tasks assigned by the companyYOU AREMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage industryAble to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidaysLegally eligible to work in the UKAn energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitudeStrong leadership and customer management abilitiesMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityWilling to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our customers & the teamWE WILLStrive to provide numerous career progression opportunities to help your growth whilst being part of BUBBLE CITEA FamilyTreat you to free bubble tea drinksOffer you staff discount scheme on our tasty bubble tea drinksProvide you with a thorough step by step training to ensure you are fit in working with the team as quickly as possible
