Store Manager - Evans Cycles

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead in our store. As a Store Manager at Evans Cycles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated cycling enthusiasts, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about bikes and wants to make a significant impact in the cycling community.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.QualificationsPrevious experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.A passion for cycling and a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Additional InformationJoin us in promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through cycling and be part of the Evans Cycles family!What's in it for you?
