Act as Senior Client Advisor towards customers. Support the Store Manager in the achievements of the sales objectives by performing regular coaching of the sales team to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.Roles and Responsibilities:Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company operating standards.Support Store Manager with team leadership, store administartives, opening and closure procedures, keyholding, inductions and trainings, implementing action plans to improve resultsOrganise and implement store rotations, shifts and holidaysGood maintenance and safe invironment, respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.CRM and loyal customers Handle enquiries from customers and escalate accordinglyBe able to listen and display effective decision makingResponsible for the daily business operations within the storeWider retail awareness, constructive input to the Global Team regarding existing collections and new products.Other skills:Knowledge of retail businessStore procedures and processBusiness acumenCommitmentPlanning and organisationDecision making Strong communication and negotiation skillsFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
