Storage Engineer

Job Functions:
Upgrade and implement procedures to ensure steady storage, protection of data and adherence to compliance.
Provide support and training to various engineers where required.
Provide one-touch resolution for all types of incidents and levels of severity and escalating where necessary.
Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.
Implement standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
Automate and improve everything you can - look for root causes and fix them!
Proactively look for risks and problems and subsequently fix them.
Assist to build in compliance with process and policies.
Diagnose and remove performance issues.
Can work to ITIL best practices
