Stonemason

We require 4 Stonemasons to start on a site in South kensington SW7

Duties include

-Construct and repair stone structures such as walls, floors, and monuments

- Lay out patterns or foundations using measuring and marking tools

- Cut and shape stones using hand tools or power tools

- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels

- Set stones in place according to design plans

- Apply finishes to stone surfaces to enhance their appearance

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Stonemason or similar role

 - Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans

- Skilled in mixing mortar or grout and applying it accurately

- Attention to detail and precision in stone placement and finishing - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
