It currently employs over 200 people across three continents. Shanghai Office is recently opened to lead the group business in APAC. We are looking for a number of talents to build our retail team, for Head office and Shop to be opened in Shanghai.Who We’re Looking For:We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage our inventory and to increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times. The successful candidate will be highly organised, familiar with supply chain procedures and skilled in tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. What Your Day to Day Will Look Like: Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed Track shipments, receive orders and address any delays Tagging, boxing, and labelling all merchandise Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items Coordinate regular inventory audits Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions) Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments) What You Need to Succeed: 1-2 years’ experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. NetSuite) Knowledge of English is a plus Tomorrow is proud to be an inclusive and equal opportunity organisation.
