Stock Condition Project Surveyor & Coordinator - Outside IR35

Stock Condition Surveyor

• Must have experience carrying out condition surveys within a Social Housing environment.
• HHSRS accredited & knowledge around Disrepair, Damp & Mould, Pre-Fabricated Buildings, Abestos etc.
• Property type: Houses, Flats, Bungalows, odd bit of Commercial but nothing too complex.
• The successful candidate must hold a UK Driving License.
• Familiar with Keystone, IT System - beneficial, not essential.

• Able to take & input Stock Condition data on the relevant system.
• Familiar with speaking to Tenants, organising visits, booking inspections - keeping the Surveyors busy!
• Social Housing background.
• Familiar with Keystone, IT System - beneficial, not essential.
