Job Description

Our Bristol site have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Administration Controller to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

As a Stock and Administration Controller you will support the operation in the efficient handling of all administrative processes and procedures whilst supporting the warehouse and customers.

Salary: £32,392 per annum.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30mpm

Key Duties of a Stock and Administration Controller:

Supporting Goods In and Stock Admin team members / Deputising for Stock & Admin Manager.
Ensuring the stock administration processes are clearly defined and documented, ensuring understanding through training.
Maintain effective communication with the warehouse management team to identify potential operational issues and improvements surrounding the Goods in and Stock Admin function.
Ensuring all claims investigations are completed in full and responded to within the agreed timescale.
Management of returns ensuring that they are kept to a minimum and that the returns area is kept clear.
Ensuring all incidents are logged and responded to within the agreed timescales.
Ensuring there are no incoming / missing pallets over 24hrs old.
Support the Export function to ensure the despatch of loads within the required window.
Providing and collating accurate information for KPI reporting.
Oversee the Inbound Bookings process ensuring that site storage is not compromised.

Qualifications

Attention to detail / accurate.
Ability and willingness to work as effective team member.
Self-starter / able to use own initiative.
Confident in analysing and acting on data.
Able to manage own time / workload effectively.
PC Literate (Excel and Word or Equivalent).
Ideally have working knowledge of a Warehouse Management Systems.
Effective communicator who continuously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
