Step Up Team Leader

Osborne Appointments are now recruiting for a Step Up Team Leader to join the team of our client!We are looking for positive, open minded and driven individual who are keen on taking more responsibility in a leading role to fulfil daily distribution and Logistics operations for the UK.As a Step Up Team Leader you will assist the Warehouse Manager in leading a small warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company’s production facility’s warehouse section, including goods in, goods out and storage.This position it is a temp to perm role.Hours: Mon-Fri, 35 hours per weekWhat are the responsibilities for the Step Up Team Leader:Helping oversee all day-to-day staffing including training, performance monitoring and team-building.Ensuring all stock deliveries are handled swiftly and accurately, and arranging quality checks and shipping of post-production stock.Working closely with other internal company wide departments to ensure the smooth running of different sub sections within Goods In.Upholding existing and identifying further Health & Safety practicesWhat you need for the Step Up Team Leader:Supervisory experience in an operational environmentExceptional attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.High level of confidence using IT, including Office and stock management softwareIf our Step Up Team Leader role sounds right for you , apply now.
