Job Description:McCloskey by OPIS has an opening in its research team for a Principal Research Analyst, Global Steel News and Price Reporting. Reporting into the Research and Analysis Executive Director you will take a leadership role within McCloskey's growing steel practice, with a focus on Green Steel. You will be a critical part of our Steel and Steel Raw Materials group, and within the McCloskey research team.This is a senior position within the McCloskey News and Price Reporting team. It will involve managing junior staff. You will also work alongside our industry-leading steel and steel raw materials research team.You will:Report steel prices weekly, including prices and premiums for Green Steel, with an emphasis on the European market.Launch new steel price assessments, define price specifications, gather market feedback.Generate news content on the steel sector, with a focus on Green Steel.
