Job DescriptionPreparation and submission of statutory financial statements.Liaison with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Providing technical accounting advice to internal stakeholders.Assisting with the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.Preparation of reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.Assisting with ad hoc reporting as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Statutory Reporting Accountant should have: A recognised accounting qualification out of practice or industry (ACA, ACCA)Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.Audit experience would be beneficialExperience with US GAAP would be preferredFinancial reporting experience would be necessaryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
